We always study hard and try to provide services with as high level quality as possible for all customers.  And we also provide them opportunities to earn appropriate benefit.

Each employee has to be respected as an individual, and appraised the ability and technology fairly.  Company has to give them, so proper environment as they can freely propose any suggestion and any complaint.  We should try arrangement order of office environment and carry out thorough safe management.  The person who undertakes the duty of the management position should discipline oneself and exercise leadership. And his or her action should take a fair and moral principle.

We should try to unite as a member of the local society, and also participate and corporate to the regional event activity to develop it.  We have to contribute to society through the beneficial business, and pay an appropriate tax.  Furthermore, we try to protect for environment and resources in all offices, factory, and business undertaken there.  Our business should be in order to contribute to maintenance and improvement of global environment as much as of our community.

Management has to always be sound and pay proper dividend to all stockholders.  Therefore, we always do all efforts to obtain a proper profit continuously such as reduction in expenses, prepare new equipment and system as needed, and accumulate in preparation for the time of the risk.  The executive management members should be required a decision of proper management policy, execution of it, and improvisational judgment to act.
